  it's rare that i bump into someone from the old hall.

  but it happened yesterday with one of the nicest brothers i remember.. he came into my place of work not knowing i worked there.

  my company is now on his delivery route.

  i'm at the water park with my five year old in green bay.

  she was so happy to be spared another boring day like she endured at thursday's propaganda feast with her mother.

  after breakfast we drove by the convention site.

  Old Relative Not Happy About Push To Use Ipads Etc

  i was in a close relatives house yesterday and she was having angry and resentful at the push to use electronic devices at the meetings.

  she was talking to another relative of mine who has just got an ipad to use.

  this relative of mine is very elderly and obviously prefers to use her bible and other books.

  That's what WT used to say it stood for. They clearly instructed that in a "Christian home", Internet access should only be available on a computer in a public area where everyone could monitor what was being accessed. With the new WT direction you can take your ipad and access the Interwebs while in the bathroom. Or course, one would only look at the JW website, right?

  it is as clear as mud as to whether they are allowed in places like australia, usa and britain.. 17. what are some factors that may affect whether a brother wears a beard?17 what about the propriety of brothers wearing a beard?

  What about the propriety of brothers and sisters getting lucky on their third date? The Mosaic Law required couples to maintain chastity until marriage. However, Christians are not under the Mosaic Law, nor are they obliged to observe it. In some cultures, a couple engaging in protected sex on the third date may be acceptable and respectable, and it may not detract at all from the Kingdom message. In fact, some appointed brothers have engaged in sex before marriage. Even so, some brothers might decide not to engage in intercourse before marriage, or maybe not even after marriage. In other cultures or localities, sex before marriage is not the custom. The marriage may have been prearranged by the parents or by the Moonies, and the couples traditional don't even meet before the wedding ceremony. Such local customs dictate that premarital rolls in the hay are not considered acceptable for Christian ministers. In fact, having one may hinder a brother from bringing glory to God and his being irreprehensible.—Rom. 15:1-3;1 Tim. 3:2, 7.

  ...our brothers and sisters appreciate it when we refrain from wearing clothes that are so tight or so loose that they are revealing. We should take seriously our responsibility to avoid clothes that may offend others.

  I completely agree with this statement when the "we" is correctly used as referring to the writers of the article and the GB. All JWs and us "apostates" (perhaps with few exceptions) appreciate when the GB and their Hamburger Helpers "refrain from wearing clothes that are so tight or so loose that they are revealing" on JW broadcasts.
  

  
  

  In fact, the picture would look even better if these guys were also wearing heavy coats and burqa hoods.

  Since attractive, fit JWs are not the authors of the article, and thus not really the "we" in the above statement, wouldn't it glorify god to let his creative wonders be on full display?

  The actual ending was that the dfd daughter was trying to call her parents to warn them that paramilitary teams were attacking JWs and that they needed to hide in their bunker. Her JW parents refused to answer her call. Minutes later they were slaughtered where they stood in their home.

  Fortunately, the dfd daughter survived to see that the attack wasn't armageddon, it was just a violent end to another cult.

  i was reading in another forum, that a letter to the elders instructed them to speak to anybody who persists in wearing tight pants.

  if changes don't happen then the instructions are to disqualify him from being a publisher but it won't be announced to the congregation.

  i am am curious to see if this letter will surface.

  This was clearly written by fat-asses in WT offices like the GB. Every brother should wear clothing that makes them look fat and out-of-shape so the dudes on the JW broadcasts don't look so pathetic. What next? Should all the brothers with full heads of hair start shaving in bald spots to match the GB (except Losch)?

  "Manifesting effeminate traits"? Isn't a man shaving his face something very effeminate and contrary to nature?

  call out to awake JWs...... want to have some fun with this?

  Start a prepping fad, start talking about prepping a lot among other members.

  And time to start speculating about how the world's indifference to JWs will suddenly decide to attack them. I suggest two possible scenarios:

  1. President Trump will join forces with the Fox News crowd to start the Christmas War. Since JWs have been at the forefront of the War on Christmas, the authorities will track them down and force the JW bunker-dwellers to sing Christmas carols and buy presents for their children on Amazon. This will escalate to the Revelation Climax.
     
  2. President Clinton will join forces with the LGBT community to start the Gay War. JWs will be tracked down and forced to sign a document stating that tight pants are okay.

  You can hear people outside looking specifically for JW's. Bunker brothers taking comfort in scriptures. Patting themselves on the back for having listened and staying loyal. Reflecting on all the different ways they stayed loyal (what they showed in the previous videos). Authorities finally break into their bunker in the end and close in on them as they gather together and stand firm, ready for whatever awaits them.

  That whole scenario is so 1970s. Now the "authorities" wouldn't have to be "outside looking" for JWs, they could easily track them down through the JW.borg Internetwork. And they wouldn't "break into their bunker", they could blow them all away with drones.
